The useful book: For Electricians
With 20 years working as an electrician I find my self writing the same notes every time, from test results, time on site to a days work list, some times without consistency across days, weeks and projects.
one day I decided to format a note book by hand to provide consistency including

It turns our doing this was very useful and saved me a lot of time I now no longer needed to rack my brains about that conversation I had with my screwdriver in hand and my head in a electrical panel.
But having this book written in pen and used daily with a pencil created the problem of having to constantly rewrite the book when it was full, so I have published The really useful book for electricians for my own personal use and any one else that wants consistency with there note taking while on site
